So those of you that know me, know that I have some property up in Baldwin MI. I am looking for an old barn wood or any building materials to build a Tiny house on the property. I am looking to build a 12ft by 15ft two story cabin for our vacation/ATV house. Please let me know if you see a collapsed barn or building.

I am looking for any wood that can be salvaged for my tiny house project. My thinking is I would like to work out a deal where I would clean up a collapsed building for the salvageable materials from it. I only have basic tools so I am limited on how fast I can get the job done, but if you have the time I will get it completely cleaned up.
